Located in a fully renovated 400 years typical Maltese house, this modern and stylish room comes with a private bathroom, smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime & high speed internet. Petite breakfast and access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, internal yard or laundry room are included too!

This STYLISH new room offers, in modern edgy design, all you may need in order to enjoy your vacation to the fullest:

  • Private ensuite with WC, basin, vanity unit, mirror and walk in shower, amazing to, in peace, wash away sand and heat of a long summer day in Malta,
  • Double bed (140x200 cm) with super comfortable boutique hotel style mattress coupled with memory foam pillows that offer a great night  sleep to recharge your energy for new adventures
  • Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime to enjoy your fav shows and even binge watch iii case of a bad weather (or just a slow day)
  • Super high speed internet available throughout the property
  • Lots of storage space to put away all you belonging and to keep the room clutter free
  • work desk, if you need to (or want) work during your stay

Towels, toiletries and hairdryer so you can start your holidays as soon as you arrive and take a quick shower, without need to rush to the shop are a matter of course.

While it has been just now renovated (the works finished July 2019) and fully furnished with brand new furniture and appliances, it kept its traditional maltese features such as limestone walls, wooden beams, stone ceilings, patterned tiles.

We have also designed and furnished it with our guests and their convenience in mind, especially:

  • laundry room with 5kg sized laundry and laundry detergent so you don't have to worry and eat your favourite ice cream :)
  • fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals, takeaway sandwiches or other snacks
  • Dining area
  • tiny internal yard with sitting area to enjoy afternoon shade with a chilled glass of your fav drink
  • Lounge area with comfy sofa and a Smart TV (43’’), which is esp. handy to watch your fav movies or Youtube while you ware waiting for your other half to get ready in the room

Included in the price, we also offer small and cozy breakfast that comprise:

Ideal holidays in Malta

Overall, this PLACE is ideal for those who want to have an amazing holidays in Malta, including morning run/walk in marina with a dip in the sea, exploring Malta historical and cultural capital - Valletta (which is few minutes boat ride away) or having a great starting point for exploring different parts of the island. Enjoying romantic dinners overlooking historical Three cities in one of the waterfront restaurants, as well as getting lost in many of  the narrow, quaint and extremely photogenic streets of Birgu should be also added to the list. 


PS: Santa Rita is probably not the best choice if you want to be surrounded by masses of tourists, party all night every night and just walk home or have tons of souvenir and tourist shops right around the corner. If that is you - awesome, Malta sure offers also this type of holiday, but not really in our location.

And did we mention that the whole house (common amenities) are shared only with 1-2 guests occupying the other room? This is super-cool for your privacy and comfort. 

BUT  you will definitely also get that local vibe, tips on what to do & see and so on, as we live on the second floor of the property.
